Blake Davies

Blake Davies graduated from Queens University with a degree in Applied Economics and joined Colliers in March of 2014 as a sales assistant to both the Retail and Investment teams.

Some responsibilities include:

-Representing tenant's throughout the entire leasing process. Finding creative real estate solutions to help solve underlying business needs.

-Representing landlord's with both single space vacancy and project leasing. Securing the strongest tenant's in quickest period of time while meeting client pricing expectations.

- Maintaining a database of Investment product and Retail tenancies in the Metro Vancouver market place.

- Understanding changes in the market that influence demand and price of both Retail and Investment properties.

-Working with tenants to find real estate solutions for their business problems to maximize operational efficiency.

-Conducting Income and Comparison valuations as well as Residual analysis to determine the value and best use for Investment properties.
