Based in Colliers International's Royal Oak Office, Paul Choukourian serves as the Executive Managing Director and Market Leader for the Southeast Michigan Region with locations in Ann Arbor, Birmingham and Royal Oak.
Responsibilities include oversight in all aspects of the commercial real estate business: sales and leasing, education and training, recruitment and the regional philanthropic endeavors.
Additionally, within Colliers, Paul serves on the United States Managers Steering Committee.
Paul began his career with a small office development firm which allowed him to work in multiple aspects of the commercial real estate industry including land assemblage, property acquisition and disposition, construction, property management, leasing and investment sales. Paul then chose to focus on commercial real estate leasing and sales in the office and industrial segments with large public and private organizations for Liberty Property Trust in Michigan and Tampa, Florida and for KIRCO in Metro-Detroit prior to joining Colliers International.
Amy Schiffman has been in commercial real estate for over 22 years. She has worked for both nationally and privately owned brokerage firms and works with local staff and brokers to share what she has learned. Amy manages the marketing efforts for not only the Detroit office but also Ann Arbor & Birmingham to help increase their growth and achieve even more success.
