Justin is responsible for listing, servicing and completing transactions in the Healthcare & Retirement Living sectors. Nationally, the division is the largest transactional team of its type specialising in these sectors.

Justin has valuable experience in the property investment and development sector, with specific specialist knowledge in Healthcare & Retirement Living.
He has a long history of transaction execution, project marketing, project and feasibility assessment, determining and negotiating property acquisitions and disposals, property analysis, establishing property development direction, major lease negotiation, project management of property development projects and major building contract negotiation.
Justin currently assists clients in analysing property and going-concern opportunities and progressing those opportunities to realise their optimal potential.

Leon Hadchiti is Director | Valuation, Healthcare & Retirement Living. Leon has had in excess of 12 years’ experience in the valuation of Retirement Villages, Residential Aged Care Facilities, Hospitals, Medical Centres, Land Lease Communities (Manufactured Home Estates) and Greenfield/Brownfield Development sites.
Leon is responsible for the management of an experienced team of Valuers, where he has held the title of Director since mid-2017, and although based in Sydney, Australia, possesses the qualifications, knowledge base and experience in Healthcare valuations across Australia.
Nigel commenced his career in the Real Estate industry back in 2003 and has over 15 years’ experience in the property valuation profession.
Prior to re-joining Colliers International in 2019, Nigel practiced as a specialist valuer at CBRE for 4 years in their Retirement and Healthcare team, providing specialised valuation advice across Australia.
Prior to CBRE, Nigel worked at Colliers International for approximately 9 years in their Healthcare & Retirement Living team.
Nigel has extensive experience in providing specialised valuation advice to both private and public-sector owners, not for profit groups and major lending institutions for retirement villages, residential aged care facilities, private hospitals, NDIS SDA Housing and medical centres. This advice has been provided for acquisition, mortgage security and financial reporting purposes.

I have ten years of national experience as a consultant across a range of property sub-markets, with a particularly in-depth understanding of the healthcare and seniors living sector.
My role as a trusted advisor in the property industry is underpinned by:

- a natural curiosity and aptitude for numbers and analytics, driving the development of industry-leading models and platforms to optimise data utilisation and generate empirically underpinned insights.

National Data Strategy
Responsible for the development, implementation and management of Colliers' data intelligence strategy across the national valuation portfolio, with a focus on delivering market-leading analytics and insights through data extraction/consolidation and the development of data-enriched visualisation platforms.
GIS Solutions
Provision of project-specific Geographic Information Systems (GIS) solutions for internal stakeholders and clients, creating compelling visual communications in forms of interactive maps, reports and presentations.
Advisory Services
Expert analysis to assist clients make strategic and de-risked data-driven decisions from both a macro and micro lens. This includes advice at the asset specific level, going concern portfolio level and broad-level informing long term strategy.
I joined Colliers in 2022 as an Analyst (Healthcare & Retirement Living). I work closely with the Healthcare & Retirement Living team to provide in-depth analysis assessments for clients in the relevant healthcare sectors.
My key responsibility in my role is to provide GIS (Geographic information system) solutions to assist the internal teams and clients, focusing on visualising interactive maps and delivering insights analysis on the up-to-date property markets in the healthcare sectors.

Matthew Stokes Hughes

Matthew joined Colliers Valuation & Advisory Services Hotels team in Sydney as an Assistant Valuer in June 2022.
In Matthew's current role he assists with the preparation of valuation reports and advice under the guidance of the senior team for Colliers’ financier, investor, developer, owner and occupier clients. Matthew has had exposure across the Healthcare and Retirement Living asset class.
Matthew graduated from the University of Technology Sydney in 2021 with a Bachelor of Property Economics and is currently working towards obtaining his CPV.
