Tracy joined Colliers in February 2020 as a Client Services Coordinator and was promoted to Client Services Lead in June 2021. She assists several broker teams with their marketing needs.
Advanced administrative and organization skills make her an asset to her teams. She has working knowledge of many digital programs such as Smartsheet, Basecamp, Hubspot, Email Studio and Brandcast, and she is eager to learn new software that will allow her to be a more beneficial team member.
She creates and maintains listing specific marketing materials such as brochures, email campaigns and property websites and verifies accuracy of listings on digital platforms.
Since joining Colliers, she has grown professionally in commercial real estate knowledge, design and local market knowledge.
Helen Zaver is part of the Colliers Hotels US Brokerage Group at Colliers International and is based in the firm’s Atlanta office. Her and the Zaver team focus and expertise is on Hospitality Brokerage throughout the US.
She originally joined Marcus & Millichap in early 2005 as the Hotel Brokerage Specialist for the Southeastern Region and moved to Colliers in 2019. With an extensive background in ownership, management, sales and marketing of hotel properties, she is a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) as well as a Certified Hotel Owner (CHO), and understands the needs of both hotel buyers and sellers. Having over 20 years of hotel experience in the Southeast, she has achieved recognition throughout the hotel industry. Helen is experienced in Franchise Negotiations, Financing, Re-Branding, and Marketing from start-up properties as well as turn-around investments. Some of these clients include large private and public REITS, Management Companies, Lenders and Servicers as well as Owner/Operators of hotel properties throughout the United States.
Currently transitioned to Colliers International, the team utilizes the platform to better serve clients and their goals. Zaver Hotels has closed on more than $500 million of hotel transactions over the last few years.
Dylan Patel is an investment sales broker specializing in hospitality assets with a market focus of South Georgia, South Alabama, and North Florida with Colliers International. He graduated from the University of Georgia in December of 2016 with a BBA in Finance. Prior to graduating, he interned with Walker and Dunlop specializing in Class A multifamily investment sales. However, Dylan soon realized his passion was for the hospitality industry. After graduating, he returned to Savannah, GA to gain valuable experience in hotel management and operations by working in various positions in hotels throughout the area. He then obtained his real estate license in April 2018 and began working with Zaver Hotels as a sales intern. He has since become an expert in market knowledge and has underwritten numerous hotel assets throughout his time as an agent including full and select service, limited, and extended-stay products. Currently with Colliers International, the team utilizes the platform to better serve clients and their goals. Zaver Hotels has closed on more than $300 million of hotel transactions over the last few years.
Vik Zaver is an investment sales broker specializing in hospitality assets with a market focus of North Georgia, North Alabama, and Tennessee. He graduated from the University of
Georgia in May of 2016 with a Bachelors in Supply Chain and Operations Management. Previously, he had interned for several years at Marcus & Millichap and earned his real estate license during the summer of 2015. Vik became an agent in June 2016 within the National Hospitality Group of Marcus & Millichap. After underwriting and conducting pricing analyses on hundreds of hotels within the Southeastern United States, Vik has become more experienced in market knowledge and sales. Currently with Colliers International, the team utilizes the platform to better serve clients and their goals. Zaver Hotels has closed on more than $500 million of hotel transactions over the last few years.
Reese Abee joined the National Hospitality Group of Colliers International in the winter of 2019, partnering with Senior Vice President Helen Zaver and the Zaver Hotels Team based out of Atlanta, Georgia. The team specializes in investment sales of hospitality product. Reese has a market focus on the Nashville 10-county region and serves a nationwide client base. He advises investors through the complexities of real estate transactions by developing customizable service plans that result in maximized financial savings for the client. Reese joins the Colliers team after two years with Marcus & Millichap’s National Hospitality Group.
Reese’s brokerage career began during his college tenure where he interned for commercial real estate investment and consulting firm Randall Commercial Group, LLC. In 2017, Reese graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree. He studied business administration with concentrations in finance and business management. Committed to serving his community, Reese is an eagle scout and volunteers his spare time by working on Habitat for Humanity projects.
