With more than 30 years of real estate experience, Mr. Condon joined Colliers brokerage team in 2013. Mr. Condon is known for providing his clients a distinct advantage in the successful resolution of the challenges faced in today’s real estate market.
Immediately prior to joining Colliers, Mr. Condon was with The Betz Companies for 19 years during which he specialized in investment properties, land transactions (including commercial industrial and residential tracts), and the sale of commercial (office and industrial) buildings. Mr. Condon spent the first nine years of his business career with First City Bancorporation in multiple assignments involving operations, leasing, commercial and real estate lending, loan work-outs and ultimately managing and marketing a diversified portfolio of foreclosed properties. Mr. Condon also spent three and a half years with Banc One’s Bonnet Resources Corporation expanding his expertise in the marketing and disposition of an even wider array of assets in Texas and other states.
Jillian joined Colliers International in 2015 with seven years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. She works out of The Woodlands office with Norm Munoz and Bob Parsley focusing primarily on office landlord representation. They manage a portfolio of Class A and Class B office buildings in The Woodlands totaling more than 4.1 millon square feet. Her prior experience as office leasing agent in the Texas market makes her an asset to our Houston team.
Prior to joining Colliers, Jillian spent five years as Senior Leasing Associate in Dallas with a Houston-based company who specializes in owning, investing, leasing, and managing office buildings throughtout the nation. Jillian managed a portfolio of office buildings totaling more than 1.2 million square feet and produced leases totaling more than 600,000 square feet at a value of more than $9.8 million.
Mr. Munoz has been involved in the commercial real estate business for 33 years.
Since 2011, Norm has exclusively worked with The Howard Hughes Corporation and The Woodlands Development Company as part of the Colliers team responsible for the leasing of their 4.11 million square foot portfolio in The Woodlands, Texas. During this time, Mr. Munoz has been involved in 323 lease transactions for completed office buildings, office buildings under construction and Build-to-Suit projects totaling 3.99 million rentable square feet and more than $832 million.
Norm’s attention to detail, ability to interpret raw data and his market knowledge, coupled with his working experience with the leading commercial brokerage firms, building owners, REITS, developers, property management companies and financial institutions make him an asset to his client’s real estate decision-making process.
Prior to joining Colliers in 2000, Norm worked from 1992 to 1999 with Baca Landata, Inc. (a subsidiary of Stewart Title) and The Baca Group. The Baca companies were the leading local providers for commercial real estate information and as Vice President and Senior Analyst he was responsible for writing the nationally recognized Houston Office Market Guide each quarter, developing new business and servicing clients.
From 1990 to 1992, Mr. Munoz was a Research Analyst with Property Research & Investment Consultants, Inc., responsible for tracking the absorption, lease rates and occupancy each quarter for 1,800 general purpose and medical-professional office buildings. Property Research was the first real estate information company to systematically survey Houston’s office and industrial markets and its methodologies and level of accuracy set the standard for today’s commercial real estate industry.
Michelle Soderberg has used her 25 plus years in specialization in representing in the acquisition and sale of commercial land in the Houston MSA to assist clients in their real estate decision making and problem-solving process.
Michelle joined Colliers’ brokerage team in 2013. Michelle is known for providing her clients a distinct advantage in the successful resolution of the challenges faced in today’s real estate market. Immediately prior to joining Colliers, Michelle was with The BETZ Companies for 18 years, where she was involved in acquiring, managing, and marketing property valued in excess of $225 million in the Houston area. Michelle began her real estate career with Banc One’s Bonnet Resources Corporation focusing on marketing and disposition of foreclosed properties throughout Texas.
Her vast experience in all aspects of commercial real estate marketing, development and management translates into a true understanding of real estate process from start to finish allowing her to provide the highest level of professionalism and superior service to every assignment.
Patsy joined Colliers in 2023 as the Research Director and has more than 40 years of communications, research and statistical analysis experience in the commercial real estate industry. She produces annual and quarterly market-area reports and project-specific custom reports for client presentations while effectively utilizing commercial real estate tools and databases.
Patsy has a deep understanding of how to capture real estate data, analyze market trends and provide meaningful data-driven insights to assist clients in finding solutions to meet their real estate needs.

- Senior Insight Analyst/Research Manager for Avison Young’s Houston office from 2018-2022. Responsible for leading market research by tracking and analyzing key economic and market trends. Maintained office and industrial building data and comps in a proprietary in-house database.
- Senior Market Analyst for Commercial Gateway, the commercial division of the Houston Association of Realtors, and for CDS Market Research.
- Served as Communications/Research Director for The Horne Company and Grubb & Ellis.
- Edited a local monthly magazine, a weekly newspaper and a special section for the Houston Post.
Bringing 32 years of experience in commercial real estate, Marilynne joined Colliers in 2018 to provide financial analysis to the company’s leasing and investment sales teams for all types of assets, including the following types of financial analysis:
- lease renewal and relocation comparisons
- mid-term lease renegotiations (“blend and extend”)
- lease buyouts
- sublease disposition/recovery
- build-to-suit vs. design-build
- lease vs. buy
- own vs. sale/leaseback
- landlord net effective rate

Prior to joining Colliers, she specialized in advising companies regarding their financial analysis for commercial real estate requirements or investments for 17 years. Marilynne also has a background in commercial mortgage underwriting/loan originations and commercial real estate appraisal.
