Based in Colliers International's Royal Oak Office, Paul Choukourian serves as the Executive Managing Director and Market Leader for the Southeast Michigan Region with locations in Ann Arbor, Birmingham and Royal Oak.

Responsibilities include oversight in all aspects of the commercial real estate business: sales and leasing, education and training, recruitment and the regional philanthropic endeavors.

Additionally, within Colliers, Paul serves on the United States Managers Steering Committee.

Paul began his career with a small office development firm which allowed him to work in multiple aspects of the commercial real estate industry including land assemblage, property acquisition and disposition, construction, property management, leasing and investment sales.   Paul then chose to focus on commercial real estate leasing and sales in the office and industrial segments with large public and private organizations for Liberty Property Trust in Michigan and Tampa, Florida and for KIRCO in Metro-Detroit prior to joining Colliers International.

Alex Cross is based in Birmingham, MI and Miami, FL and is responsible for the management of his clients’ real estate portfolios across the U.S. and internationally, advising  on acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing. Alex serves a broad spectrum of clients ranging from private individuals, developers and landlords to global private equity funds, corporations, and institutional investors.   

Alex works alongside the Jonna Group, a leading national investment division at Colliers. He has been involved in executing over $500 million in transaction volume encompassing industrial, office and retail product throughout the U.S.
