My Team
I am an associate with Colliers | Chicago’s Multifamily Advisory group, supporting Vice President Tyler Hague in efforts to originate, underwrite, structure and execute commercial investment sales and capital market transactions for institutional, corporate and private owners of commercial multifamily real estate throughout the Midwest.
I specialize in middle-market transactions, focusing primarily on business development for the group.
Prior to joining I was an associate broker with @Properties, offering clients a comprehensive suite of services to assist in both purchase and sale.
I graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Science in Management in Finance with a Minor in Legal Studies in Business. While in school, I was a property intern with the Net Leased/National Office and Industrial Properties Group of Marcus & Millichap as well as a finance intern with Connect International, LLC.
Will Mathews is primarily responsible for procuring, executing, and closing multifamily investment sale transactions throughout the United States. Mr. Mathews specializes in institutional and private capital multifamily sales and the placement of equity and debt capital. Since joining Colliers in January of 2012, he has assisted with the sale of over 73,000 apartment units totaling $7.5 billion. Routinely recognized by Colliers as a top producer nationally, Mr. Mathews sits on the Colliers U.S. Capital Markets Board as an advisor and multifamily lead. With $2.5 billion in sales over the last 12 months, encompassing 15 States plus The Bahamas, Mr. Mathews accelerates client success by sourcing out-of-market buyers with discretionary capital.
Greg Russell is a St. Louis native and has immense local and regional multifamily market knowledge and expertise. In addition to his brokerage career, Greg has over a decade of experience in real estate including purchasing, renovating, selling, and leasing both residential and commercial properties.
Greg is a Multifamily Investment Sales Specialist. Greg represents principles in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily investment assets throughout the greater St. Louis area. He takes a client-focused approach to ensure that the party represented receives their desired outcome in a timely manner.
Prior to his real estate career, Greg sold medical information to the healthcare industry. He successfully worked with healthcare providers, physician groups, hospitals, teaching institutions, national medical societies, and pharmaceutical companies for 14 years, providing unique solutions tailored to meet each client’s individual needs.
Bob Galamba joined the firm in 2008 as a Senior Vice President
and became a Shareholder in 2010. Prior to joining Colliers
International | Kansas City, Bob operated his own firm, Galamba
Real Estate Services, LLC, a brokerage and development company.
Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Partner of
NAI Cohen Esrey.
Bob has been active in real estate since 1986 specializing in
institutional multifamily sales and the placement of private equity.
He has a wide range of experience with land development for
multifamily and mixed-use projects.
Joe has been in Commercial Real Estate for almost 30 years, 12 years of which he has spent at Colliers | Wisconsin. Joe joined Colliers as a broker on the Investment Sales Team in 2008, specializing in Multifamily Investment, Development Land and Adaptive Reuse/Distressed Assets.
Joe graduated from the University of Minnesota College of Liberal Arts in 1989. Prior to joining Colliers, he began his career selling residential new construction before progressing into land acquisition, entitlement and project management. He then spent several years consulting for lenders and special servicers as they navigated distressed development projects during the Great Recession.
Thanks to his multifaceted skillset and experience within the industry, Joe has earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. This accomplishment further solidifies his industry prowess and aids in his ability to navigate complex transactions. Those that hold the CCIM designation are recognized as leading experts in commercial investment real estate – a merited description considering the service and insight Joe provides to his clients.
With a passion for mentorship and sharing his experience, Joe serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Marquette University Center for Real Estate. Working with both sophomores and juniors, Joe focuses on cultivating interest and understanding of the Commercial Real Estate industry. Additionally, Joe acts as a mentor with the Pewaukee School District’s InSight program. He maintains an advisory role within the program, working to guide and educate the less experienced members.
Joe is also part of the Colliers National Multifamily Practice Group; a collaboration of Multifamily Investment Professional sharing resources and knowledge to better serve their client’s needs. His ability to identify opportunities for his clients and always prioritize their objectives have helped build strong partner-relationships for our firm.
Kate Morrisroe works as an associate on the Multifamily Advisory Team based in Chicago, with members spread throughout 15 markets. Supporting Tyler Hague, Kate will focus on the strategy & operation, deal origination, underwriting, and execution of commercial investment sales and capital market transactions for institutional, corporate, and private owners of commercial multifamily real estate.
Kate joined Colliers in 2018 in Chicago serving as the Business Analyst to a net lease investment team where she supported client relations including transaction management, developed all marketing and business development deliverables to win new business, and managed the team’s social media and research initiatives.
Most recently Kate worked as the National Marketing Manager of Retail Services for the U.S. Working closely with Anjee Solanki and the U.S. Retail team, Kate works to further enhance the platform's capabilities in business development and marketing strategy.
A graduate of The University of Alabama, Kate earned her degree in Business Finance with a specialization in Real Estate.
Prior to joining Colliers, she worked as a marketing coordinator for a real estate development firm in Atlanta, as well as at a real estate law firm tracking documents and attending sales closings.
Sam Gauger is a Multifamily Advisor with the Investment Services Brokerage Group in Milwaukee, WI. In conjunction with the Colliers Midwest Multifamily Advisory Group, Sam is primarily responsible for procuring and executing multifamily investment sales transactions. He is well versed in analyzing and interpreting the market in an effort to understand the risks and rewards related to a given asset. His approach goes beyond surface level advice, rather Sam works to communicate, inform and guide his clients through all facets of a multifamily asset.
Sam graduated with distinction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with degrees in Real Estate and Accounting. In addition to his experience and education, Sam is a current Certified Public Accountant (CPA) candidate and expects to attain his CPA designation in early 2022.
As a Senior Vice President specializing in the western metro commercial market, Nick Leviton represents a variety of institutional and entrepreneurial owner and tenant clients. On his clients’ behalf, Nick collects detailed market information including vacancy rates, lease expirations and comparable deal information in order to provide an accurate, up-to-date picture of the market.
Since joining the company in 2005, Nick has completed over 500 transactions consisting of over 6 million square feet. Nick has represented clients in lease or sale transactions valued at more than $350 million dollars in total consideration.
In addition to working with his private clients, Nick draws valuable experience as a member of a 14-person brokerage team. Spanning the entire metro market, this team of power brokers provides a high level of expertise in all geographic regions of the Twin Cities.
Today, tenants and owners have many options in deciding who to work with for their commercial real estate needs. Nick understands this and believes that his genuine client interest, market expertise and strong team are what separate him from the competition.

Grant Kollman joined Colliers in 2022 as the leader of the Kansas City multifamily division. In association with the Colliers Midwest Multifamily Advisory Group, he specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily investment properties throughout Kansas City, Chicago, and the Midwestern markets. Grant leads the team in working with institutional and private owners, providing expertise to originate, underwrite, structure, and execute commercial sales and capital market transactions. To date, Grant has completed transactions totaling more than $900 million, with a specialization in private capital sales and placement of equity and debt capital.
Bryce Wetzel is a brokerage associate with Colliers International specializing in Multifamily Advisory throughout Indiana. Bryce joins a team led by Will Matthews and Tyler Hague who have executed over $2.7 billion worth of multifamily investment sales transactions since Dec 2021 throughout the Midwest and Southeast.
Bryce has a natural passion for the commercial real estate arena, particularly in the multifamily, mixed-used sectors. A recent graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, he was highly engaged in its Real Estate program, earning various competition awards and applicable scholarships.
Bryce brings impressive and diverse relevant experience via his past internships – all within the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining Colliers, he has completed roles with: TWG Development, The Garrett Companies, and Link Logistics Real Estate.
Away from work, Bryce enjoys hiking national parks, cooking, weightlifting, and is a big IU basketball fan.
Gil Richards is a Brokerage Associate with Colliers International specializing in Multifamily & Investment Sales throughout the Greater Cincinnati & Dayton Markets.
Gil serves in an advisory role for the acquisition & disposition processes for apartment owners and potential buyers. Gil’s duties include: broker opinion of value analysis on value-add and cash-flow properties, and assisting clients with optimal asset disposition strategies.
Gil joins a Colliers team that over the past ten years has sold more than 30,000 apartment units in Ohio with a transactional value in excess of one billion dollars.
Charlie LaBarr joined Colliers in 2023 as Vice President in the Kansas City office, specializing exclusively in seller representation of multifamily investment properties throughout the Midwest. He joins a team that has sold more than 9,000 units with a total sales volume of $2 billion in 2022.
Previously a Vice President of Acquisitions at Offerd, a multifamily acquisition & investment firm out of Austin, Texas, Charlie was responsible for sourcing off-market multifamily assets for their investment partners across the U.S. Using his expertise in valuation, advisement, market fundamentals, and financing, Charlie sourced and underwrote more than $4 billion in available multifamily assets for sale.
Prior to Offerd, Charlie was an associate broker at AREA Real Estate Advisors, focusing on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily investment properties in Kansas and Missouri, where he facilitated the sale of more than 2,700 units totaling more than $250 million in sales volume.
