Grant Kollman joined Colliers in 2022 as the leader of the Kansas City multifamily division. In association with the Colliers Midwest Multifamily Advisory Group, he specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily investment properties throughout Kansas City, Chicago, and the Midwestern markets. Grant leads the team in working with institutional and private owners, providing expertise to originate, underwrite, structure, and execute commercial sales and capital market transactions. To date, Grant has completed transactions totaling more than $900 million, with a specialization in private capital sales and placement of equity and debt capital.

Multifamily
Grant attended the University of Kansas where he earned a Bachelor of Science in History with a minor in Business Administration. After earning his degree, Grant started his commercial real estate career at Marcus & Millichap where he was trained by real estate investment professionals to develop sales techniques, create complex marketing strategies, and institutional-grade
property valuation including income streams, property operations, and debt strategies.
