Guadalupe Garcia

After her return to Colliers International, Guadalupe as Occupiers Advisors Director in Mexico City, is responsible of the growth, promoting and developing relationships with international corporate clients.  Guadalupe has specialized in  office leasing for nearly 23 years with her primary focus of representing tenants and occupiers’ interests.  She has been involved in many facets of the real estate industry, including development, leasing, lease negotiator, financial analysis, oeprations and marketing.

From April 2016 to April 2019, Guadalupe served as  Executive Vice President and Director of Corporate Services Division at Coldwell Banker Commercial Mexico.  From November 2009 to March 2016 she was founding partner and led Ikon Real Estate Services, before she participated in Colliers International for 13 years.
