Ward specializes in working with C-level executives and operational specialists to develop and execute corporate real estate strategies on a local and global basis in an effort to maximize operational efficiencies and value. His primary focus is representing dominant logistics companies in the acquisition and disposition of “supply chain real estate” - distribution centers, truck terminals, last mile hubs, manufacturing facilities and industrial land.

With over 17 years of experience, Ward has developed an unparalleled understanding of Supply Chain Real Estate strategy via negotiating 1000+ transactions, globally, in 50+ cities while generating tens of millions in value for his customers. Ward also has been interviewed by multiple publications including the Wall Street Journal and has been a featured speaker at multiple real estate and logistics conferences around the globe.

Ward is currently on the steering committee for the Colliers Logistics & Transportation Solutions Group and an active member of the IWLA and the Texas Warehouse Association. 

Ward is a life long athlete having played collegiate football and rugby. He has completed three Ironman triathlons. He currently practices meditation, hot yoga and is passionate about biohacking and mental health.

As a charter member of the Colliers' Logistics and Transportation (L&T) Solutions Group, Noah Balanoff represents institutional property owners as well as national and regional occupiers in their industrial and supply chain/logistics-related requirements. Noah has been in the commercial real estate industry since 2005 and joined Colliers International in January 2017. 

Prior to joining Colliers, Noah was a Senior Vice President with CBRE in New Jersey, where he was a member of the Industrial & Logistics Group. Noah began his career at Cushman & Wakefield in New Jersey and was a member of their Industrial Transactions and Global Supply Chain Solutions practice groups.

Noah specializes in sales and leasing of warehouse and distribution facilities, with a specific focus along the New Jersey Turnpike corridor, primarily in the Interchange 8A/7A, Port Newark/Elizabeth and Meadowlands submarkets.

Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Noah worked for six years in the marketing industry, specializing in brand strategy, development & consulting. This experience has helped him to successfully blend creative marketing and tactical execution to each client project, particularly with institutional landlord assignments. 

A graduate of University at Albany, Noah is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate with specific skill sets in the areas of: financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, and investment analysis for commercial investment real estate.

Noah specializes in supply chain and logistics, agency representation, tenant representation, financial analysis and acquisition and disposition of industrial properties.​

My primary focus is representing corporations, landlords, tenants and investors in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of industrial space in the Memphis Metro Market and across the US.

My comprehensive knowledge of the Memphis industrial real estate market has led to my being engaged in over 600 transactions involving over 50 million square feet since joining Colliers in 2006. My career at Colliers has given me the opportunity to advise local, regional and national clients on the acquisition, disposition and leasing of real estate.

Mike is a Senior Vice President of Colliers  in Atlanta with over 34 years of experience in helping clients with their portfolio as well as with, individual requirements. His primary focus is in corporate services where he integrates financial analysis and modeling. Mike helps companies develop and successfully execute their distribution, e-commerce, and supply chain real estate strategies increasing profits through cost and risk mitigation.

In the last five years, Mike has completed over 14 million square feet of transactions. These transactions are made up of  lease, sale, build-to-suit, and land acquisition for the following  represented clients Carcoustics, CRG, Crown Linen, HWC Logistics, Fortune 100 retailer, Metro Trailer, Mitsubishi, North Bay Distributions, Safelite Auto Glass , and Seefried Properties.

As Executive Vice President at Colliers and one of the team leaders in the South Florida Industrial Services Group, Steven Wasserman leads a diversified industrial practice representing institutional property owners in leasing and strategic advice.

With nearly 40 years of experience in the South Florida market, Wasserman has spearheaded complex business transactions such as built-to-suit, land development, environmental, and acquisition and disposition of specialized properties. He has an intimate knowledge of Mexico’s industrial regions & office real estate markets, business parks, developers, the corporate site selection process, real estate markets, and economic incentives provided by federal, state, and local governments across Mexico.

He is very active in the Mexican & international real estate communities as a member of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors, (SIOR). He is a frequent speaker at international and domestic forums related to industrial development in Mexico, the Maquiladora Industry, the Automotive, Aerospace & Logistics sectors in Mexico, and real estate investment opportunities in the most dynamic regions. 

Rafael McCadden joined Colliers International in 2005 after 8 1/2 years as Executive Director of the Mexican Association of Industrial Parks, AMPIP, a real estate development organization similar to NAIOP.  He is currently Director of the Industrial & Logistics Division in Mexico, and is member of the Steering Committee of the Colliers Logistics & Transportation Solutions Steering Committee (L&T).
