Poco Diablo Resort in Sedona sells
The Poco Diablo Resort in Sedona was purchased by Bentley Legacy Holdings, LLC. The Plano, Texas-based owner plans to renovate the property and engaged Aimbridge Hospitality as manager. Jon Grantham, James Meng, Mike Montoya, Ryan Wall and Phil Breidenbach represented the Fort McDowell-Yavapai Nation in the sale.

Prior experience includes US Hotels Leader at Colliers, Miami practice leader at Horwath HTL, asset management at Ocwen Financial Corporation and hotel management positions at New Castle, Doral, Marriott International and Plaza Hotel. Rich earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from State University in New York and is a Florida licensed real estate broker. Rich and his wife Maureen reside in Boca Raton, Florida.
