Experts
Connor Faught leads the Corporate Capital Solutions for the Americas at Colliers. In this role he leads a team which oversees all aspects within large complex transactions including: complex lease negotiations, purchasing, dispositions, sale/leasebacks, credit tenant leases, build-to-suit financing, and overall landlord debt and risk modeling for Colliers key national and global clients. His oversight often stretches into program management of the overall execution and delivery within Colliers Major Projects Advisory platform which he co-leads. Connor has managed 1,000’s of transactions and consulting projects with a key emphasis on the financial costs and benefits to the client. During his career he has led accounts in the areas of defense contracting, management consulting, finance, life sciences, technology and insurance.
