Michael Cummings has 32 years of experience as an office properties specialist. This experience includes performing analytical feasibility studies, corporate and professional relocations, and, early in his career, the leasing of a downtown Chicago Class A office development.

Michael has also gained considerable expertise leading the transaction management services for corporate real estate occupiers.

During the past two years alone, Michael has been directly responsible for more than 1.8 million square feet of transactions with combined consideration of more than $400 million.

John Wadsworth serves as a Senior Vice President in the Irvine, CA office for Colliers International. John is a founding member of Colliers Healthcare Services, a highly specialized Service Line within Colliers that provides real estate solutions to the healthcare and healthcare real estate industries.

John Wadsworth joined Colliers International’s Irvine office (formerly the Seeley Company) in 1993.  Now in his 30th year in commercial real estate (all 30 with Colliers!), John is highly experienced in leasing and marketing, sales, site selection, dispositions, development and property valuation.  In 2004, John was responsible for founding the Healthcare Services group in the Southern California Region and in 2005 a founding member of the national Healthcare Services platform for Colliers.
