After graduating from the University of New Hampshire (UNH), I joined Colliers in 2019. I am an active real estate sales associate licensed in both New Hampshire and Maine.

My areas of expertise are in Rockingham and Strafford counties in New Hampshire, as well as in York County, Maine. My primary focus is in office and industrial sales, leasing, and valuation.

During my time at UNH, I received a dual undergraduate degree in finance and management and was the first student to graduate with a minor in sales.

I currently reside in the town of Newmarket, NH with my husband and our dog and cat.

With commercial real estate experience starting in 2005, Colliers Vice Chairman Adam Schindler specializes in business development and portfolio management, including financial planning, modeling and analysis for corporations, law firms and nonprofit organizations. Schindler’s practice focuses on aligning the needs of occupiers of space with strategic real estate solutions. Adam brings a unique perspective to a vast array of clients with his expertise in the market. His insight keeps him connected and he is able to expand his real estate knowledge not only in the DMV area, but nationally/internationally, as businesses he has worked with grow and look to him for assistance in their real estate needs. Prior to joining Colliers, Adam was a partner at Serten Advisors (acquired by Colliers in 2017).
