It's been another booming quarter for the industrial sector in West Michigan. Industrial real estate is one area that has continued to grow throughout the pandemic and has quickly come back stronger than pre-pandemic levels. But Covid-19 has also added a layer of complexity and confusion to the industrial sector and resulted in changes for many companies. clients are considering many different options, from changing the size of their footprints or moving altogether, which has made for a busy and varied Q2 for industrial advisors. There is some level of uncertainty for companies struggling to find talent, but overall, the industrial sector in West Michigan has continued to fare well as new companies emerge in the market and e-commerce continues to produce great demand for warehousing space.
