Zola, the popular online wedding registry, wedding planner, and retailer, hired Colliers Project Leaders to lead their headquarters relocation to the 39th floor of 7 World Trade Center. After only five years at their previous 12,500 square-foot office, the expanding business needed more space to support their ongoing success.

Their move into the Class A building was methodically completed under a tight four month deadline. The expedited process involved a bid, build process that incorporated the complexities of Port Authority World Trade Center approvals, as well as incorporating expansion space and comprehensive technology installations.

The result was a satisfied client having the project completed within budget and on time.
