Colliers International adds Marina and Leisure Property Advisors team

Tampa, Fla. (Jan. 3, 2018) – Colliers International has added an experienced leisure properties investment sales team to focus on the sale of marinas, resorts and leisure properties nationwide. The Leisure Property Advisors team includes Matt Putnam, Managing Director, and Dan Grovatt, Director, who are based in Colliers’ Tampa office, and Andrew Cantor, Managing Director, who is based in Colliers’ Atlanta office.

The team joins Colliers from a national commercial real estate brokerage firm where they specialized in handling transactions involving marina, golf and resort properties across the nation. In the last two years alone, the group has sold twenty marinas and other leisure properties in the United States and Canada. Noteworthy recent sales include: a 5-marina portfolio on behalf of a major pension fund, Lazy Days Marina (Lake Lanier, GA), Blue Pelican Marina (Hernando Beach, FL), Sailing Emporium (Rock Hall, MD), and LaPrade’s Marina (Lake Burton, GA).
