Sorrento Mesa industrial warehouse fetches $3 million

Two-Story, 15,677-Square-Foot Property

An industrial warehouse in Sorrento Mesa was sold for $3 million on Dec. 2 to West Value Investors, based in San Diego.

The two-story, 15,677-square-foot property was sold by an undisclosed seller and includes a warehouse, showroom and office space. Additionally, the property features 42 free surface parking spaces.

The buyer was represented in the transaction by Evan McDonald with Colliers International.

"We were able to identify an off-market opportunity, execute and acquire the asset, well below replacement cost," McDonald said in a statement.

Located at 9225 Brown Deer Road, the property is near Interstate 805 and El Camino Memorial - Sorrento Valley and is considered car dependable with minimal transit. The property has a walk score of 21 and a transit score of 14 out of 100.
