Two multi-tenant industrial buildings in Miramar

Two multi-tenant industrial buildings in Miramar were sold for $11.3 million by Providence II Camino Santa Fe LLC to a joint venture between Hill Properties and a fund managed by Westport Capital Partners, according to an announcement by Colliers International Dec. 15.

The seller was represented in the transaction by Evan McDonald.

Totaling 61,00 square feet, the two buildings are located at 8250-8260 Camino Santa Fe and are near Miramar Memorial Golf Course and Interstate 805.

"As the San Diego industrial market continues to remain strong, we were able to secure an off-market transaction in record time, despite Central San Diego's high barriers to entry," said McDonald in a statement. "Favorably located in the Western Miramar industrial submarket, new ownership will immediately execute their value-add approach."
