Mission Valley office property sells for $8.4 million

Equus Plaza, a 42,160-square foot office property in Mission Valley, sold for $8.4 million, Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, Inc., announced.


Marcus & Millichap's Nick Totah and Derek Applbaum of Colliers International had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Prospect SD, LLC. The buyer was Woodlark, LLC, a private investor.

The property, located at 2635 Camino Del Rio South, was built in 1984 and renovated in 2008. It sits on 1.12 acres of land. Equus Plaza consists of three stories, with floor-to-ceiling glass and two passenger elevators above a secured parking garage.

The nearest freeways are Interstates 8 and 805.
