Midtown Sacramento site sold, planned for new housing

A midtown Sacramento building sold last week will be demolished for a new development project, including housing.

Broker Dave Herrera of Colliers International Sacramento said 1908 O St. was sold last week to The Oncor Group. That entity does not previously appear to have been active in the Sacramento region, and a broker who worked on their behalf in the deal did not return a call. No contact information for Oncor could be found.
