Mountain Movers Ministry Purchases 3300 Old Courthouse Road

Colliers International Virginia, LLC (“Colliers”) is pleased to announce the purchase of 3300 Old Courthouse Road located in North Chesterfield for $1,175,000.00. Gray Bryant, associate, represented the buyer, Mountain Movers Ministry. The seller was The Westhampton Group, LLC.

Mountain Movers Ministry will relocate its Richmond location from 885 Research Road and will occupy the entirety of the 8,942 square foot building. The new space allows the church to begin practice immediately and offers room to expand onto the building for future use. It boasts abundant parking and is situated on over 7 acres.
