Award marks her seventh time being recognized by the Summit Awards
Reno, NV, June 18, 2021 - Colliers | Reno is proud to announce the winner of the 2020 Summit Awards Office Broker of the Year: Executive Vice President Melissa Molyneaux. With 67 leases totaling 358,376 square feet, and 16 sales transactions totalling over $95 million in 2020, Melissa was recognized as the Top Performing Office Broker in Northern Nevada. This year’s award marks her fifth win in the Office Broker category and her seventh win overall, with awards in multiple categories, including Overall Top Broker and Largest Office Lease.
Since joining Colliers in 2005, Melissa has been involved in more than 930 transactions totaling nearly 6.6 million square feet of office space. Melissa is a leading broker in the Northern Nevada office market and has won numerous awards for her production. She has consistently been a top producer at Colliers and was awarded Platinum Level achievement from 2013 through 2019. In addition to being recognized for her top production by the Summit Awards, Melissa has also been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker multiple times for her leading level of leasing and sales transactions.
