Colliers Announces the Sale of 4500 Progress Road in Norfolk for $3,750,000

Colliers is pleased to announce the investment sale of 4500 Progress Road in Norfolk from Wheeler Commercial Properties LLC, based in Boston, to Club Forrest Acquisitions LLC, based in Virginia Beach, for $3,750,000. 

The 66,000-square-foot industrial building is situated on a four-acre parcel. The building is occupied by Superior Distribution, a subsidiary of SRS Distribution that specializes in exterior residential building products, and Superior Pool Corp.
