Amy Schiffman has been in commercial real estate for over 22 years. She has worked for both nationally and privately owned brokerage firms and works with local staff and brokers to share what she has learned. Galanis moved to Colliers International from CBRE where he was a top producing office broker in CBRE’s Southwest Region for 2016 & 2017. He is also the recipient of Utah’s CCIM 2018 Specialty Broker of the Year Award.
Galanis provides a strategic multi-disciplinary team approach to his clients, utilizing experts in workplace strategies, location and labor analytics, capital markets, debt and equity and project management. He is a member of SIOR, an elite group of 3,000 members worldwide. Galanis was the 2017 recipient of the award for the Largest Dollar Volume Member-to-Member Office Transaction within SIOR. Galanis is also a member of Colliers Colliers’ Tenant Advisory Council (TAC), an 80-member group of elite office tenant rep brokers globally.
Keri Scott is a vice president with Colliers, specializing in project leasing, building sales, and tenant representation for industrial and office properties. Keri represents more than 1 million square feet of properties, as well as a number of high-profile national and local tenants. Her focus is mid-bay industrial and flex office business parks; single- and multi-tenant industrial, and ground-up developments.
Taking a client-centric approach to each assignment, Keri ensures clients’ interests are kept in the forefront. She promotes a collaborative environment between landlords and tenants, leading to successful negotiations on behalf of all parties.
Leveraging her extensive experience in site selection, market research, valuation and financial analysis, Keri develops real estate solutions to meet each client’s objectives. She exceeds expectations at every turn through her exemplary work ethic and fiduciary responsibility to clients.

Keri’s background encompasses more than 10 years of commercial real estate and property management experience. Prior to joining Colliers, she was a director with Cushman & Wakefield for more than five years, specializing in landlord and tenant representation for the sale and leasing of industrial and flex properties.
Her previous experience includes serving as a senior real estate manager with CAM Properties, as a member of CBRE’s Capital Asset Management group, and as a Realtor® with Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International.
With twenty-four years of commercial real estate brokerage experience, Lang specializes in helping companies, large and small, reduce their real estate occupancy costs. Since 2009, on behalf of his clients, Lang has achieved over $61 million in savings on 303 completed tenant representation assignments, in 59 cities located in 42 metropolitan regions, 6 countries and 3 continents, of which 84% of assignments were with repeat clients. During his career Lang has completed 652 assignments totaling over $833 million in consideration. His clients range from government contractors, logistics companies and professional services firms with a single location seeking a lease renewal versus relocation analysis, to Fortune 100 and public sector clients seeking strategic consulting, site selection, portfolio management, and real estate services for their global operations. In addition, he serves select developers and investors on land acquisitions, leasing, and property dispositions.
Lang continually strives for improvement in service, capabilities, and knowledge. During his career, he has earned his MBA from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business, attained the LEED AP designation, and earned the SIOR designation (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors®). Lang keeps current with best practices and trends by attending real estate and other industry conferences as well as through active participation in various industry associations. As founder and co-chair of the Hampton Roads LogistXGames, Lang has helped raise nearly $430,000 in support of scholarships at local community colleges to help train and develop the Norfolk logistics workforce. Recognized as an industry leader, Lang has presented at the Old Dominion University E.V. Williams Center for Real Estate Market Review, the Virginia International Trade Conference, and The Port of Virginia Port Real Estate Conference, among others.
During my 30-year real estate career, I have established a diversified background representing buyers and sellers and landlords and tenants in their industrial real estate requirements, including the sale and acquisition of vacant land, sales and leasing, investment sales and build-to-suits in the Chicagoland area. For 20 years, I have specialized in the western, southwestern and northwestern industrial areas of O’Hare and Cook, DuPage, Will, Kendall and Grundy Counties.
I have personally completed more than 500 transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $1.7 billion.
Prior to joining Colliers International, I spent 18 years with Cushman & Wakefield, where I was a senior director in the Industrial/Technology Group.
