Tracey Lanning serves as Senior Transaction Manager for Colliers’ highly respected multi-market occupier services team based in Dallas, Texas. The team is nationally recognized for delivering customized real estate solutions exclusively to corporate occupiers, through a diverse team of dedicated professionals, the powerful Colliers platform, and a proven track record.      

Since joining the team in December of 2020, Tracey currently works on two key corporate occupier accounts and enjoys being part of a team that excels at managing a high volume of fast-paced multi-market transactions while consistently exceeding client expectations.

Prior to joining Colliers, Tracey served as a Senior Transaction Manager for the DFW-based Advisory and Transaction Services team of CBRE, Inc. Tracey previously worked as a Technology Strategic Sourcing Manager for Sprint/T-Mobile delivering exceptional category management to internal business customers including the real estate, retail merchandising, marketing, and corporate security teams. Tracey enjoys developing and maintaining strong relationships with her teammates and customers while working hard to deliver exceptional results in a cost-effective manner. Leveraging her legal background, along with a wealth of procurement and contracting experience, Tracey brings a full range of support to the team’s clients, ranging from initial planning stages all the way through deal execution.

Paul Krimm is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with more than 25 years in the industry, possessing extensive knowledge in brokerage, corporate real estate, management and operations.  His experience is complemented by a passion to directly impact the development and training of his team. 

As the Managing Director for the Columbus operation of Colliers International, Paul is responsible for driving recruitment, new business development, implementing strategic plans, spearheading operational success and efficiencies, and developing, as well as implementing, training and best practices across all service lines.

Prior to joining Colliers, Paul spent 19 years at Cushman & Wakefield in a variety of leadership roles, most recently serving as the Managing Principal. 

Paul also serves as an Adjunct Professor at The Ohio State University, Fisher School of Business. He is a member of the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
