Crann’s addition to the division further solidifies firm’s statewide footprint
Miami, FL. Aug. 12, 2019 – Colliers International South Florida has added Daniel Crann as Director of Development Services. Daniel joins our team, as we continue to expand our comprehensive Development and Construction Supervision services across Florida.
Based in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office, Crann will oversee the growth of the South Florida Development Services team across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties in both Public/Municipal & Private sectors. He will target all market groups with specific focus on Healthcare, Hospitality, Multifamily, Commercial Office, Retail and Industrial Build-to-Suit and Speculative Developments.

Bringing more than 15 years of experience in the construction management industry to his new role, Crann previously served as Director of Construction for IPIC Entertainment where he was responsible for managing a variety of construction projects for IPIC movie theaters, from design concept to completion throughout the country. Prior to that, he served as Director of Operations for Golden Glow Enterprises, Senior Project Manager for Twenty Two Group and Senior Project Manager for Burgerfi International. Crann earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Iowa. His addition to the team adds even more depth to a robust service offering lead by Greg Main-Baillie.

With a combined 25 years of experience in project management, Colliers’ in-house Development Services Division has a strong presence throughout the state, supervising retail, office, industrial, residential and hospitality projects and is fully equipped to manage ground-up construction, exterior building enhancements, interior renovations and predevelopment on behalf of third-party clients.
