Deal underlines continued interest of South American investors in South Florida

FORT LAUDERDALE (Jan. 13, 2020) – Colliers International Florida is pleased to announce that its Affordable Housing team led by Senior Director Kevin Morris and Associate Christopher Rivera recently closed on the $2.5 million multi-family apartment community, Landau Apartments, in Clinton, South Carolina. Colliers International represented the seller, Mulligan Landau LLC, in the transaction.

Located at 1321 South Broad Street in Clinton, South Carolina, Landau Apartments feature 80 units situated on 65,920 square feet. The City of Clinton is located just 45 minutes south of Greenville, 60 minutes north of Columbia, and just over two hours from the Charleston Port.
