Colliers International is pleased to announce the sale of Cinco-Westheimer Parkway Plaza located at 20680 Westheimer Parkway in Katy, Texas. The 17,500 square foot retail plaza was purchased by DAV Entrepreneurs, who was represented by Diamond Adatia of Epic Realty, LLC. Jenny Seckinger and Ace Schlameus of Colliers International represented the seller, Hass Holdings, LLC in the transaction.

 

Cinco-Westheimer Parkway Plaza is a stabilized retail center featuring both national and local tenants. Situated on 1.59 acres, the plaza is located within the affluent Cinco Ranch master-planned community with high visibility along Westheimer Parkway and South Fry Road. 

 

Cinco-Westheimer Parkway Plaza is located in the Far Katy South retail submarket consisting of 18.2 million square feet within 867 buildings and is 94% occupied.
