Colliers announces the sale of a 10,020 square foot commercial building in Houston

Colliers is pleased to announce the sale of a 10,020 square foot commercial building located at 14500 North Freeway in Houston, Texas. The buyer, Cochinitos Real Estate LLC, was represented by Erica Galvez of Terraforte, LLC. Tom Condon, Jr. of Colliers represented the seller, TSC Ventures, Inc., in the transaction.

"The building's clear-span steel structure will enable the buyer to renovate its interior for the planned repurposing to a new Mexican food/retail use under the Cochinitos brand," said Tom Condon, Jr., Senior Vice President of Colliers.

The fenced and gated commercial building is situated on ±2.94 acres with frontage access to Interstate 45 North.

14500 North Freeway is located in the North Belt/Greenspoint retail submarket in Northwest Houston. The submarket contains 5.6M square feet of retail space which is 97% occupied. The average asking rental rate for this retail submarket $18.50 per square foot.
