As a Client Services Coordinator, her role includes preparing property marketing materials, developing proposals and performing administrative tasks. Additionally, she will continue to serve as a resource for the company’s information technology platform for Colliers’ four offices in South Carolina.

Prior to joining Colliers, Umholtz was an administrative and marketing assistant for an architecture firm, working on RFPs, RFQs and presentations. She enjoys giving back to the Columbia community with her son by volunteering her time at Harvest Hope Food Bank.
