Ashley Fenlon has been promoted to Marketing Manager in the firm’s Spartanburg office. She works hand-in-hand with brokerage teams in the Spartanburg-Greenville market to spread the Colliers brand, build awareness and expose our clients’ commercial properties across the state. Her areas of expertise include developing and implementing digital marketing strategies and the delivery of information to stakeholders at key points throughout the decision-making process. Fenlon has more than 12 years of experience in marketing and advertising roles in a variety of industries and she specializes in email marketing campaigns, social media management, website project management, research and reporting, graphic design, copywriting, search engine optimization, print and digital advertising and media relations. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and English from Northern Michigan University as well as certifications in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
Elizabeth Riley has been promoted to Marketing Manager. She is responsible for creating and managing multifaceted marketing strategies and brand awareness campaigns through digital advertising, visual and written content, website development, social media and media relations. Based in Columbia, she collaborates with the marketing team of twelve staff across the company’s four offices and manages the company’s website, media relations, email marketing platform and company events. Additionally, she provides marketing expertise to the Colliers industrial and general commercial brokerage teams in Columbia, including the preparation of proposals, GIS mapping and integrated property marketing campaigns. She holds a Commercial Property Marketing Certification (CPMC) from Colliers University for completing a rigorous set of courses designed to enhance the Colliers marketing platform and she holds certifications in Google Ads and Google Analytics. Riley serves on the Junior Achievement of Greater South Carolina’s Young Professionals Auxiliary Board and is an active volunteer teaching their programs in local schools. She serves on CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Midlands-SC Board of Directors as Marketing and Communications Co-Chair. Within the company, she serves on the annual United Way giving campaign committee. Riley graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communications with a focus on Public Relations.
Stella Huffman has been promoted to Marketing Coordinator in the firm’s Columbia office. She specializes in social media content and strategy, creating high-quality marketing materials and executing property marketing strategies. Her knowledge of graphic design, photography, branding and social media management take each project from idea to consumer engagement. In her role, Huffman works with the office brokerage team in Columbia to prepare property marketing materials including flyers and property email distributions and maintains properties on various listing service platforms. She is also responsible for managing the company’s social media calendar for the firm’s four South Carolina offices, assisting with in-house production printing jobs and photographing properties and company events. Huffman graduated from the University of South Carolina, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communications with a focus on Visual Communications.
