Insomnia Cookies opening second Cincinnati location in OTR

Insomnia Cookies, a national late-night bakery retailer based in Philadelphia and New York City, is opening its second Cincinnati location in Over-the-Rhine.

Insomnia Cookies has signed a long-term lease for 1,900 square feet of space at 1126 Main St., according to the company's brokers. The bakery backfills a space that was most recently occupied by Lucy Blue Pizza.

Connor Fahrnbach and Dustin Marks with Colliers International represented Insomnia Cookies in the lease. David Cawdrey, owner of Cawdrey Commercial Real Estate, represented the building owner, the Stough Group.
