A staffing company has outgrown its space in Great American Tower at Queen City Square and will move to nearby Columbia Plaza.
Insight Global, an Atlanta-based staffing company, has had its Cincinnati office in Great American Tower since 2012. After outgrowing its original space, Insight Global expanded in the 41-story tower in 2015. With no room left to expand in Great American Tower, the firm has signed a long-term lease for nearly 15,000 square feet of space in Columbia Plaza.
Matt Smyth, vice president with Colliers International, represented Insight Global in the transaction. Digger Daley, senior director with Cushman & Wakefield, represented the landlord in the lease.
Smyth said for a company looking to attract young professionals, having premium space with views of downtown can help with employee attraction and retention. The building’s multi-million-dollar renovation also made Columbia Plaza attractive to Insight Global.
“One of the real drivers was the tenant amenity space Columbia Plaza recently did there,” Smyth told me. “It really resonated well with them.”
