Chandler Knox Achieves SIOR Designation from Society of Industrial and Office Realtors

Charlotte, North Carolina – December 8, 2020 – Chandler Knox, SIOR of Colliers International has achieved the SIOR office designation awarded by the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®. SIOR is a Washington, DC-based international professional organization of more than 3,400 commercial real estate professionals. The SIOR designation stands unchallenged for excellence in the performance of real estate services and is universally recognized as the prerequisite in the selection of a commercial real estate broker, agent, or consultant.

To achieve the SIOR designation, Mr. Knox, SIOR completed at least five years of creditable experience in the highly specialized field of office real estate; met stringent education requirements; and demonstrated professional ability, competency, ethical conduct, and personal integrity.
