  • Mark Erickson, SIOR and Matt Pickard represented BAE Systems in the leasing of 281,000 square feet of industrial space at 175 McQueen Boulevard in Summerville. 
  • Markus Kastenholz represented Premier Medical of SC, LLC in the leasing of 8,867 square feet of medical office space at 5880 Rivers Avenue in North Charleston. 
  • Kristie Roe and William Ederle represented Physicians Mutual in the leasing of 3,563 square feet of office space at 7410 Northside Drive in North Charleston.

I then moved to Naples, Florida to become the Chief Financial Officer for a family office with a substantial commercial real estate portfolio with assets ranging from office parks to flex industrial to beachfront resort hotels.

I moved to Charleston in 2003; prior to joining Colliers, I was a First Vice President with CBRE for 16 years, specializing in land and investment property sales.
