Colliers | Atlanta announced today that Hagan Dick will take over as head of Capital Markets for Atlanta's debt and equity business.
Dick will oversee the firm’s commercial mortgage loan origination and debt and equity placement teams representing commercial real estate lenders and investors throughout the United States.
Dick replaces Doug Alexander, who has led the Capital Markets Group since 2017. Alexander will continue his tenure at Colliers as a debt and equity originator.
“Hagan is smart and well-connected as an Atlanta native,” commented Alexander. “He has been a solid producer since arriving at Colliers in 2017.”
Before joining Colliers in 2017, Dick led the Atlanta region for Walker & Dunlop’s Capital Markets Group, a position he assumed after five years with its Bethesda, Maryland headquarters. He brings more than a decade of experience in debt and equity procurement and has been involved in the origination and funding of more than 75 commercial real estate transactions exceeding more than $1 billion in volume.
“Hagan is continuing the trend for our business for new leaders,” said Chairman and CEO Bob Mathews. “We are very excited to see what the future holds for our Capital Markets team under his leadership.”
