Colliers client, Deluxe Corp., has been named a finalist in the Atlanta Business Chronicle Best in Atlanta Real Estate Awards 2021
Atlanta, GA – Congratulations to Colliers Office Services Group client, Deluxe Corp. for being named a finalist in the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Best in Atlanta Real Estate Awards 2021.
Deluxe Corp. plans to move into the 20-story Glenridge Highlands Two office building located in Sandy Springs later this year bringing along with it approximately 709 corporate jobs to the Atlanta metropolitan area.
Pete Shelton led the Colliers Office Services Group in representing Deluxe in lease negotiations for the 172,000 square foot office space. Newmark, Deluxe's global broker, selected Pete and the Colliers team to run point on the Atlanta project. Colliers' Project Management team was also selected to oversee Deluxe's build-out of the new facility.
