Colliers was hired by RPG/Hillwood to assist with the design and marketing of the largest, state-of-the-art distribution center in the Southeast. After pursuing several deals prior to CO, we were able to secure a notable tenant 90 days after CO. During the process of securing the deal with Williams-Sonoma, Colliers worked closely with the landlord team to assist with pricing, modeling and incentive discussions.
