Wes Williams

Principal, Executive Vice President

Wes joined Colliers in March 2022 as Senior Vice President with the Industrial Team. Wes specializes in industrial, land, and investment real estate brokerage for the greater Houston markets. He primarily helps businesses, owners, and developers through selling,  leasing, and acquiring distribution, manufacturing, and service-center facilities. He is also heavily involved in build-to-suit and design construct projects, site acquisitions, and investment property sales.

Prior to joining Colliers, Wes worked at Boyd Commercial for almost seven years, where he was a top producer and responsible for more than $200 million in transaction value.

Wes graduated from Miami University with a double business major in Finance and Entrepreneurship. While attending Miami, he was also a captain of the football team, winning both a MAC Championship and bowl game during his time there. Wes, a native Houstonian, is a Strake Jesuit College Preparatory Class of 2009 alumnus.
