Warwick Johnston

Warwick Johnston is Head of Solutions Development, Corporate Solutions | Americas at Colliers International and is responsible for leadership of all aspects of Corporate Solutions business development and marketing. Corporate Solutions houses the service lines that are typically offered to multi-market and/or multi-service Occupier Clients.  These service lines include Strategy and Innovation (consulting and technology services and lease administration), Account Management, Solutions Development, Transaction Management, Project Management, and Facilities Management.  As part of leading Solutions Development, Warwick also works actively with some clients to develop an in-depth understanding of their key business strategies, create a customized solution to meet their objectives and hand over to the deployment team for the execution of that strategy on an on-going basis.

Warwick's career has been predominantly focused on leading large, complex deals for clients in multiple industries. Prior to joining Colliers, Warwick was a Global Pursuit Leader at EY, a worldwide leader in assurance, tax, transaction and advisory services. Responsible for some of the firm's largest opportunities across multiple industries and sectors, Warwick played a key role through the full opportunity lifecycle, from concept to close.  His expertise is in assuring that solutions are focused on solving client challenges, and that they delivery maximum sustainable value for all parties.

Prior to joining EY, Warwick held leadership roles in two private equity investments, one the IPO of HD Supply following its spin-off from The Home Depot, and another the sale of Unify to Atos, after it was taken private from Siemens. At HD Supply, Warwick led a sales team focused on large outsourcing transactions with investor-owned utilities, and at Unify led global sales operations through the transition of the company and its ultimate sale. He is a seasoned outsourcing professional, having led numerous large transactions toalling almost $2 billion over his career, while with EY, HD Supply, Unify, Accenture, IBM, and a boutique firm.
