Transaction Manager

Tyler Allen is Transaction Manager within the Corporate Services team at Colliers International | Minneapolis- St. Paul and he has significant international real estate experience, delivering strategic portfolio solutions in more than 120 markets globally.

Tyler specializes in providing real estate solutions for corporate clients and their international real estate portfolios. 

His primary duties involve handling domestic and international transactions from project initiation through closeout.  This involves coordinating with local resources and other stakeholders in the execution of lease negotiations for renewals, new site acquisitions and disposition of space through subleasing, early lease termination and sales.  Tyler is also responsible for client reporting and management of portfolio databases.

Prior to being Transaction Manager, Tyler held a Senior Research Analyst position with Colliers International | Minneapolis- St. Paul. In this role, he authored research reports and white papers on the activity and trends of the local commercial real estate market.  Prior to joining Colliers International, Tyler held a Market Research Analyst position with Cushman & Wakefield.  Before this, he held positions in both commercial leasing and property management.
