Tom specializes in land and development advisory with a focus on residential developments including; market rate multifamily, affordable housing, home builders and hotel conversions. Tom has successfully closed over $100M of land transactions which will be developed into over 1,000 units of residential housing. Prior to joining Colliers, he worked as an investment associate at his family partnership where he was responsible for the asset management and financial analysis of real estate investments and developments including office, multifamily, and assisted living. Outside of work Tom enjoys the outdoors including skiing, surfing, golfing, fly fishing and rock climbing.
