Leading global commercial real estate services firm Colliers International has recently advised the life science company Vibalogics, in a 118,000-square-foot, long-term lease transaction at 1414 Massachusetts Avenue in Boxborough, MA.

Colliers International recently announced that it has recruited north suburban leasing veteran, Jake Borden, to the company as a senior vice president. Most recently working for CBRE New England, Jake joins Colliers’ current North Suburban leasing team of Executive Vice President Greg Klemmer, Senior Vice President Tim Brodigan, and Associates Tim Allen and Dan Driscoll, bringing tremendous experience that will allow for even more robust coverage of the northern markets.
