Thacher Goodwin

Thacher Goodwin joined Colliers International in 2006 and quickly positioned himself as the Lower Westside and South bay Office market leader for Colliers. As the founding member of The LWXSB Los Angeles Office Team, Thacher offers clients over 15 years of industry-leading market knowledge, well-honed negotiating skills, an unrivaled network, and a proven track record for delivering superior results and service to his clients.

Mr. Goodwin specializes in representing both Occupiers and Owners on a local and global basis. As a member of Colliers National  Occupier Service Group, Mr. Goodwin also serves as the Colliers senior account manager for Mattel Inc.'s global portfolio, and is the Los Angeles based account lead for various global companies like Walmart, Autodesk and BAE. 

While at Colliers Thacher  has worked on various investment sales including multiple medical & office condominium properties totaling  more than 1,000,000 sf. TThacher is primarily responsible as an agency listing agent for a plethora of  office and medical leasing assignments from Santa Monica to Long Beach in excess of 2MM square feet throughout the market. As a Tenant Representation specialist, he has worked with Fortune 100 companies in various global markets around the world. Some of his past or present clients include Mattel, Inc., Toyota Motor Sales, Mitsubishi Electric, H&R Block Financial Advisors, Autodesk, Walmart, Maritz, Inc., Engle Martin, Cooley Manion Jones LLP, United Airlines, American Airlines, Vinik Asset Management, Breakwater Investment Fund, Strategic Investment Advisors, & Provident Funding. In addition to his focus as an " office" expert, Mr. Goodwin is  a member of the Colliers Healthcare Services Group, and the lead point of contact for that practice group throughout the Lower Westside and South Bay region. Thacher was also a founding member of Colliers International’s Urban Landlord Partners Group (a regional practice group of landlord office brokers that focuses on institutional office product) as well as a member of the Los Angeles Commercial Real Estate Association (LACRA). Thacher lives with his wife and two children in the Venice Beach section of Los Angeles.
