Steven DOrazio

Steven E. D’Orazio is an alumnus of Smithtown High School and Binghamton University, where he majored in
economics with a business management minor. During his time at Binghamton, Steven captained the Bearcats Men’s
Volleyball team to a north east club championship title and was a founding member of the Binghamton Martial Arts
Club. After graduating in 2005, he began working with Colliers International (Formally Sutton & Edwards, Inc.), where
his exceptional work ethic and tenacity quickly accelerated his success.


Mr. D’Orazio’s extensive expertise has developed a strong focus on corporate advisory in landlord and tenant
representation, as well as commercial investment and user sale opportunities on Long Island. His creative outlook,
aptitude for analytical review and successful marketing implementation has generated transactions in excess of 1.6
Million square feet, making him a trusted advisor for some of the region’s largest corporations and landlords.


With a respected industry reputation, Mr. D’Orazio has been featured and quoted in multiple news articles and real
estate publications including Long Island Business News, Newsday, New York Real Estate Journal, New York Real
Estate Magazine, Building Long Island, and others. He has also been featured in Long Island Business News “Ones
to Watch – Real Estate” industry leaders section. As a member of the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society (CIBS),
Long Island Real Estate Group (LIREG), and previously serving on the executive board of CoreNet Global’s Long Island
chapter, he is passionate about having an impact on the future direction of the Long Island commercial real estate
industry.


COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT


Mr. D’Orazio currently resides in West Hills, NY with his wife, Cara. He is an avid ice hockey player, competing with
multiple teams on Long Island and in tournaments throughout the North East region. He also uses use his skating
ability for charitable purposes, recently participating in the “Skate for Boston” charity ice hockey tournament as
captain of his sponsored team. In addition, Steven contributes annually to the Big Brothers Big Sisters Foundation,
Alzheimer’s Association, and League for Animal Protection.

Miteq Realty Associates LLC recently sold a three-building portfolio of flex properties in Hauppauge, NY for $16.85 million. Colliers International’s Jason F. Maietta and Steven E. D’Orazio represented Miteq Realty Associates and procured the buyers in the transactions. All the buildings are located in Hauppauge Park, one of the largest industrial parks in the country with 1,400-acres and more than 1,000 businesses employing 55,000 people.
