About Me

As a vital member of the Lehigh Valley team, Scott’s concentrations are Tenant and Landlord representation in the Allentown-Bethlehem-Easton metropolitan area where he has lived and worked for over 30 years. He specializes in retail and restaurant uses and offers exclusive tenant, landlord, developer and investor representation services.

Scott excels in location searches that meet  the strict requirements of major retailers. His understanding of the demands of national tenants, balanced with the dynamics of the local market again comes to bear as he helps successfully navigate deal negotiations for his clients.  

Scott is currently involved in the leasing of over 800,000 square feet of commercial space. In the past year, Scott has arranged multiple pad sites and fully leased Carbon Plaza, a 213,926 square foot shopping center in Leighton, PA as well as fully pre-leasing new ground up developments at Route 248 and Northwood Avenue in Easton, PA and Tilghman Square in South Whitehall Township, PA.


Enhancing his retail practice and unique client understanding, Scott holds a degree in Hotel 
& Restaurant Management from Penn State University and continues to maintain an active role with Residential Rentals, an income property firm that owns and manages multiple properties throughout the Lehigh Valley, a position that finds him interacting regularly with investors and entrepreneurs of the region.
