I specialize in the leasing and sale of retail properties and commercial development sites across South Carolina and especially the Columbia and Myrtle Beach regions. I work on a retail team with Rox Pollard Jr., Danny Bonds and John Gressette. I am also a member of the Colliers | South Carolina Retail Services Team. Our clients range from large corporate businesses to small local businesses.

We work with our clients to understand their brand and market penetration objectives and translate those into real estate solutions. 

The most rewarding part of my role is the connections and relationships built with people all over the state and country. I also enjoy having the opportunity to play a role in the movement and creation of businesses in our local community and around the state of South Carolina and create a lasting positive change in the retail economy. I have lived in Columbia my entire life and see the potential that this region has to offer and look forward to playing a role in developing the retail landscape of Columbia.

I graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a minor in Financial Management. 

I have grown up around the commercial real estate industry traveling all around South Carolina visiting retail properties with my father, also a retail broker. Between my sophomore and junior year at Clemson University, I had the opportunity to intern with the Colliers Retail Services Team in Columbia which helped confirm my real passion for commercial real estate. During that internship, I focused on the financial evaluation of investment properties, site searches for national and regional retailers and mapping and analytics projects.

My biggest inspiration is to turn Columbia and the state of South Carolina into a thriving economy that encourages residents to stay in our city and state and attracts people from across the country. 

I am excited to be back in my hometown of Columbia after being away at school. I look forward to getting involved in the commercial real estate community and various organizations. 

In my spare time, I enjoy fly fishing, hunting, backpacking and boating.
