Robert Kennedy joined Colliers International's Manhattan office in 2009. With more than 10 years of real estate experience, he specializes in the national representation of tenants, with a focus on the office and industrial sectors.
As a real estate advisor, Mr. Kennedy assists clients with the development and implementation of customized occupancy strategies across their real estate portfolio. Having completed in excess of 2 million square feet of transactions in the office sector and over 1 million square feet of transactions in the industrial sector, he has extensive experience in deal structuring, site selection, lease negotiations, acquisitions, and dispositions. Mr. Kennedy has worked with a wide array of clients, from early stage start-ups to publicly traded financial services firms.
Mr. Kennedy is a recipient of Colliers International’s Everest Award, which recognizes the firm's top professionals in brokerage, valuation and corporate solutions across the Americas region.

Mr. Kennedy earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.
Mr. Kennedy is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), the University of Connecticut Alumni Association, the Board of Advisors for the Colliers International NY Accelerate Program, and devotes time to many charitable organizations, including Curetivity, which was recognized as St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital’s 2019 Volunteer Group of the Year.
