About Me
Bob is Executive Vice President in the San Francisco office of Colliers International with more than 25 years of commercial real estate transaction experience. He is responsible for managing the institutional investment sales platform in the San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento and the Pacific Northwest. The investment sales group specializes in institutional-grade assets concentrating on office, R&D, industrial and Land properties.
Mr. Gilley joined Colliers International in 2016 after serving in similar roles at Cassidy Turley, CB Richard Ellis and Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to selling Institutional real estate, Bob was Executive Vice President at the Swig Company overseeing acquisitions, dispositions as well as Leasing on the West coast. Bob is responsible for closing more than $15 billion of real estate transactions comprising approximately 75 million square feet. Mr. Gilley is consistently recognized as a distinguished executive in the West Coast commercial real estate industry.
